Carreau
Senior Research Fellow
Mr. Bernard Carreau is a Senior Research Fellow at the Center
for Technology and National Security Policy at the National
Defense University in Washington. Prior to that, he was an
advisor to the Coalition Provisional Authority in Washington
and Baghdad on trade and investment matters and private sector
development.
Mr. Carreau is a former deputy assistant secretary of Commerce,
where he had many years of experience in international trade
negotiations, trade law and regulation, and business development
and advocacy. He has a masters degree in international relations
from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
