General Information:  You will be enrolled upon our receipt of your registration form and payment.  We will notify you by email indicating receipt of your payment.  Onsite check-in/registration will begin at 0730 hours, 10 January, in Marshall Hall (Building 62).

Telephones/Messages:  A message board will be posted next to the Information/Registration desk.  Incoming callers may leave messages at the following number - commercial 202-685-3857 or DSN 325-3857 or send an EMAIL to NDU_CONFERENCES@ndu.edu - in the subject line please put the following information: "This Email is for Individual's Name" so that we can easily distinguish these emails.  

Identification:  Please bring a photo id.  A nametag will be included with your folder provided during registration.  It is coded and admits you to all sessions and meal(s) you requested.  If any of the information is incorrect, notify the Registration/Information Desk and we will correct it.

Dress:  Dress for all events during the conference is military uniform of the day or appropriate civilian attire.  There is no requirement for military to wear uniforms.

Internet Cafe:  We are sorry, but there will be no access to the internet during the conference.

Publications:  The University may publish a summary of other documents following the conference.  A copy of any publications will be sent to each attendee after the symposium (subject to editorial and publication lead times).  Copies of speakers' papers, if available, will be included in your registration folder or can be picked-up at the registration desk.  Papers will also be posted on the Internet as soon as they are available.

Participants using private automobiles are encouraged to carpool, as parking is very limited with the University in session.

Attribution Policy: Presentations by guest speakers and panelists, and questions or responses by other participants will be recorded for use in the courses of other PME instutitions so that students and faculty may benefit from this program at National Defense University. As such, all attendees should consider that their comments will be on the record.
