Dr. Childs consults with civilian university officials, industry and international leaders regarding IRM program development and institutional structure and governance.  He has worked with such diverse groups as the Gartner, London School of Economics, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Royal Defense College, NATO School, Marshall Center, France Telecom, IBM, Google and various government agencies regarding strategic use of information, information technology, organizational models and building educational programs.
