Registration Information

Registrations Options—You MUST register separately for the Preconference and the Conference.

Preconference Registration Virtual World Demonstrations

April 22

• To register for the Preconference Vendor Demos event, click on http://www.ndu.edu/irmc/fedconsortium_demos.html, the Preconference Vendor Demos Registration form, to choose your preferred sessions (see the vendor schedule on the Conference Program on the FCVW website (http://www.ndu.edu/irmc/fedconsortium.html). The cost for any part of the Preconference day is $25.  Please note that registration is limited to 20 for each session and we expect the slots to fill quickly.  Registration closes April 17, 2009.

• Fill out the Preconference Vendor Demos form.
• click on the www.pay.gov link to register and pay for the vendor demonstrations as well as the two-day conference (instructions for pay.gov listed below). 
• In the Left Column, Type "IRMC" in the "Search Public Forms" box and select "Go"
•  Click on "IRM College Automated Event Registration Form"
• Complete the form. Type "FVW Demo" in the event field and "25.00" in the Price Field.

Federal Virtual Worlds Conference: Imagining the Future Conference

April 23-24. 

The 2-day Conference & Vendor Fair Schedule and registration is availableon the Consortium website (http://www.ndu.edu/irmc/fedconsortium.html).  The cost for the 2-day conference is $150.00, if you attend at NDU. If you attend online, please register.  The cost is $0.  

Registration & Payment Instruction.

• Start at www.pay.gov main menu
• In the Left Column, Type "IRMC" in the "Search Public Forms" box and select "Go"
• Click on "IRM College Automated Event Registration Form"
• For the Federal Virtual World Expo, April 23 & 24: If you are registering for the Expo then complete the form on line with “FVW Expo" typed in the event field and "150.00" in the Price Field.
• Note: if you are attending the conference online, type in “0” in the Price Field.
• Registration closes April 17, 2009.

Some troubleshooting actions are:
(1) ensure you are using Internet Explorer as your browser not Mozilla;
(2) ensure your computer is connected to a printer.
