Relevant Professional Experience:
Dr. Irish has been a professor at the IRM College since 1997.  Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Engineering Psychologist at ARINC, Inc., leading human factors engineering on the Flight Management System (FMS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) integration efforts for the C-5 aircraft, and working as a professor of Management at the Defense Acquisition University.

Scholarship:
Dr. Irish presents and publishes on strategic human capital and transformational enterprises.  His most recent book chapter is entitled "Project Human Resource Management” in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide), 2000 Edition.
