Relevant Professional Experience:
Dr. Lachow has extensive experience in both information technology and national security.  He has worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, the RAND Corporation, and the Office of Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Advanced Systems & Concepts).

Scholarship:
Dr. Lachow has authored or co-authored 20 publications including two books, two articles in peer-reviewed academic journals, a book chapter, a book review, and numerous analytic reports and papers.  His recent publications focus on the areas of decision-making, information warfare, and the impact of emerging technologies on national security.  Dr. Lachow has also given over 30 presentations at conferences and directly to high-level government officials and industry executives.
