Relevant Professional Experience:
Mr. McGibbon is a visiting faculty member from Lockheed Martin, where he has served as a Program Manager at Lockheed Martin Information Technology (LMIT) since 2003.  He was also the Chief Enterprise Architect for the United States European Command, and the Advanced Concepts Technology Demonstration (ACTD) European Oversight Manager, SAIC.  Prior to that, he was an Adjunct Professor for the University of Maryland University College (UMUC), European Division, U.K. and Germany, and an Adjunct Professor for Troy State University, Columbia Southern University, University of West Florida, and Pensacola Junior College, Pensacola, FL.

Scholarship:
Mr. McGibbon has presented enterprise architecture and technology topics at various conferences worldwide.  He is also pursuing his Ph.D. in Business Administration at Northcentral University.  He has published articles in the Government Computer News and conducts workshops on Net-Centric Operations at DISA and various conferences.
