Relevant Professional Experience:
Prior to joining the IRM College, COL Riddick served as the Chief of the Customer Support Division for the Information Management Support Center (IMCEN) supporting more than 13,000 Army customers in the Washington DC area.  Previously, he was assigned as the Branch Chief for the Plans and Policy Branch of IMCEN and served as IT Project Manager within the Division for 2 years.  His certifications include:  PMP, CIO, IA (CNSS NSTISSI 4011), and ITIL Foundations Certified.

Scholarship:
COL Riddick was recently certified as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.  He also has drafted an article for  Info Trends titled “ITIL:  Configuration Management.” Currently, he is developing other scholarly works in the area of Information Technology Product and Service Delivery Management.
