Relevant Professional Experience:
Mr. Rossi has more than 30 years professional experience in Information Assurance and Cyber Security and Information Technology (IT) nationwide, for both classified and sensitive systems.   He served as a Computer Scientist for research and training in the CIO's office of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, Division Director of Security Assessments at the U.S. Department of Energy, and Computer Security Program Manager for Certification and Accreditation in the U.S. Department of Defense (Defense Mapping Agency - now NGA).

Scholarship:
Mr. Rossi has been featured in information security training programs used nationwide, at information security conferences and other professional gatherings (e.g., National Computer Security Conference, U.S. Government InfoSec Conferences, Woman’s Bar Association, National Black Coalition, American Psychological Association, and many others).  He has been featured in more than 450 syndicated newspapers, front page of Money magazine, U.S. News & World Report, and other national magazines, and he was the guest expert on business radio for internationally-recognized accomplishments in the IT field.
