Security & Access

• Two unexpired government issued photo identification (ID) cards may be required to enter the USCG HQ and Fort McNair. Use a current DOD issued ID (Common Access Card is best) and either a driver's license or passport bearing your photo. As threat conditions may dictate, please allow for possible delays in gaining entry to Fort McNair or to the USCG building.

• If the Threat Condition is raised or there are weather warnings, please call the University at (202) 685-4700 for current information. If NDU or the federal government is closed or shut down, NATO Education Center and the NOP program are shut down also.
