Admissions
Applying to CHDS
Of the many and varied educational programs conducted by CHDS at the Washington, DC campus and within the Western Hemisphere, those that require applications fall into three categories – courses, seminars and conferences. CHDS conducts additional courses, seminars and conferences, plus workshops and other educational programs, to which the general public may not apply, as the participants are a specific audience invited to that event.
There are three processes that must take place prior to candidates beginning their education at CHDS. Submitting your application is the first of three steps:
• Application Process
• Selection Process
• Notification Process
There are strict application deadlines for all candidates.
CHDS Alumni are invited to continue their education by applying to additional courses, but must be aware of the enforced waiting periods between courses.
All courses have education requirements.
Many courses have language requirements (participants must be able to read English – refer to each course description for specific details).
High-speed on-line access is required for all advanced courses.
Registrar's Office
The Registrar’s office is the primary point of contact for all candidates for courses, conferences and seminars conducted by CHDS. Application and registration forms for all academic programs should be sent to the Registrar’s office. If you have questions related to an event, and cannot find an adequate answer within this website, please contact the Registrar’s Office at CHDSRegistrar@ndu.edu or by fax at 202-478-2153. If you are sending a fax from the United States you may use the toll-free fax at 1-866-294-6374.
