Jordi Díez

Dr. Jordi Díez is Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Guelph and Research Associate in the Defence Management Studies Programme at Queen’s University, Canada. Professor Díez research interests, among others, are in hemispheric security issues and in civil-military relations in Latin America. He is the editor of Canadian and Mexican Security in the New North America: Challenges and Prospects (McGill-Queen’s University Press, 2006) and co-author, with Colonel Ian Nicholls, of The Mexican Armed Forces in Transition (Strategic Studies Institute, US Army War College, 2006).
