Paulo Roberto Loyolla Kuhlmann is a Major in the Brazilian Army, and holds a Master’s in Political Science from Universidade de São Paulo. Kuhlmann is currently a Professor at the Army Cadet Preparatory School, and is a member of the Nucleo de Estudos Estrategicos.
