Videoconference: “The Expanding Ties between China and Latin America: Opportunities or Threats”
On Thursday, April 19, 2012, the CHDS Alumni Association in El Salvador held an academic lecture as part of its regular videoconferencing series with CHDS. Professor Evan Ellis presented the lecture through videoconferencing to an audience of 56 people composed of students attending the Armed Forces Staff and Command College of El Salvador, alumni and professors from the Strategic Superior Studies College (CAEE), officials from the National Civil Police, and CHDS alumni. The title of the presentation was “The Expanding Ties between china and Latin America: Opportunities or Threats”.
