CHDS Hosts Mexico’s Center for Superior Naval Studies (CESNAV) Delegation

CHDS was honored to host a visit by Mexico’s CESNAV (Centro de Estudios Superiores Navales - - Center for Superior Naval Studies), on April 24. The delegation was led by the Director of CESNAV, Admiral Carlos Federico Quinto Guillén, and the Coordinator of the Master’s program, CAPT Adalberto Arauz Arredondo, plus two professors and 36 students in the master’s program.

The CESNAV students participated in a seminar and discussion with CHDS professors on (1) the link between national defense and national development; (2) the mechanisms of international cooperation in combating transnational organized crime; and (3) organized crime in southern United States.
