CICTE's Fuller ICCT Commencement Speaker
Dr. Carol S. Fuller, the career U.S. diplomat who heads the Secretariat of the Organization of American States Inter - American Committee Against Terrorism (CICTE, for its initials in Spanish), offered the commencement address to the CHDS's Inter-Agency Coordination and Combating Terrorism (ICCT) course that ended June 20. Center Director Richard D. Downie told the group that the course, under the director of Professor David Spencer, was a success for several reasons, including the high-quality of both students and guest speakers, as well as the knowledge and passion brought to the three-week event by the CHDS faculty and staff.
