"Downie Expresses Sympathy, Concern About Haitian Disaster"

Here at CHDS our hearts are heavy with concern for the survivors of the disaster in Haiti, as well as the brave souls who have already landed to help with the relief effort. While we cannot accept donations, given the great need in Haiti, we strongly encourage that you make a financial contribution to support the relief effort which will provide food, drinkable water and medical supplies, etc. We do not directly endorse any particular organization, however, listed below for your convenience is information taken from the White House and State Department websites. It is in our greatest times of need, that we have the greatest opportunity to demonstrate the human capacity for compassion.
