Armed conflict between the United States and China is in no one's
interest and must be avoided by wise diplomacy, China's burgeoning
power requires that we "think the unthinkable." This collection
of essays looks at the military challenges posed by China's growing
strength and explores various American strategies for coping with
those challenges.
