Defense Horizons Session 9   In this session we will discuss the challenge of maintaining innovation and competition in defense technology in the light of strong consolidation in the defense industry. Mr. William Lynn of Raytheon will provide a perspective of a defense contractor whose hallmark has been its strong track record in technological innovation. He will be paired with Professor Paul Bracken, Yale University School of Management, who will talk about the perspective of the business industry.
