Dean of Faculty and Academic Programs

Colonel Harry L Dorsey,Esq.,J.D.,(Ret.)

Dean Harry L. Dorsey assumed responsibilities as the Dean of Faculty and Academic Programs at the Eisenhower School, National Defense University in September 2009. Prior to his appointment as Dean of Faculty, Dean Dorsey served as Professor of Grand Strategy, Professor of Acquisition, Director of the Elective Studies Program, and Associate Dean of Faculty and Academic Programs.

Chief of Staff/Dean of Students

Mr. Frank Pagano, SES

The Chief of Staff/Dean of Students is a key member of the College's senior management team and liaison to University leadership. S/He provides direction, guidance, and supervision to approximately 430 faculty, staff, and students. The Chief of Staff/Dean of Students manages daily operations, facilities maintenance, logistics, and overall program execution. S/He ensures cost effectiveness and efficiency in the development and execution of organizational plans, policies, procedures, and a $5.1 million annual budget. In order to maintain currency and requisite levels of expertise, the Chief of Staff/Dean of Students also teaches, delivers lectures, and participates in seminars, including travel.
