What is the Eisenhower School?
The Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy is a senior service school
providing graduate level education to senior members of the US armed forces, government civilians,
foreign nationals and private industry. These future executives will be better prepared for leadership and success
in developing national security strategy and policy, with a focus on evaluating, marshalling, and managing
national resources.
Upon successful completion, graduates are awarded a master of science degree in national resource strategy;
military students also earn Joint Professional Military Education II credit.
The college is located in Washington DC at Fort Lesley J McNair and a primary component college of the National
Defense University.
