Bob Miller teaches a variety of public policy and knowledge management courses at the National Defense University. At NDU, Bob has taught courses in Continuity of Operations, Knowledge Management, public budgeting, public policy, Critical Infrastructure Protection, and general management. Before joining NDU, Bob was the Director of Plans and Policy, Office of Intelligence Support, U.S. Treasury Department. He also served as the Deputy Director of the U.S. Critical Infrastructure Assurance Office (CIAO), and held a number of other government posts in the executive and legislative branches of the Federal government. He has also been a consultant in Washington and New York on management and information technology issues. Bob holds a B.A. in American History from the University of Chicago, a Ph.D. in American Military and Political History from Princeton University and a J.D. from The George Washington University. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
