Relevant Professional Experience:
As Project Manager for Academic and Faculty Enhancement, Dr. Lewis is responsible for managing, directing, and advancing academic programs and faculty development activities at the NDU iCollege. Additionally, she serves as the manager and academic advisor for the College’s proposed Master of Science degree program and spearheads the development of the Master of Science ePortfolio process. Prior to joining the iCollege, Dr. Lewis conducted research and faculty training on teaching and learning, student assessment, and effective online teaching practices at the University of Maryland University College. Dr. Lewis has held a variety of teaching, research and administrative positions in public and private colleges and universities, as well as the non-profit sector.
Scholarship:
Dr. Lewis publishes and presents on a range of topics in the fields of leadership development, higher education and comparative education.
