Relevant Professional Experience:
Dr. McGibbon is a visiting faculty member from Lockheed Martin, where he has served as a Regional Manager at the Lockheed Martin Corporation since 2003. He was also the Chief Enterprise Architect for the United States European Command, and the Advanced Concepts Technology Demonstration (ACTD) European Oversight Manager. He was an Adjunct Professor teaching doctoral, graduate , and undergraduate courses for the University of Maryland University College (UMUC), Noerth Central University, European Division, U.K. and Germany, and an Adjunct Professor for Troy State University, Columbia Southern University, University of West Florida, and Pensacola Junior College, Pensacola, FL.
Scholarship:
Dr. McGibbon has presented leadership and technology topics at workshops and conferences worldwide. He has published articles in the Government Computer News, CIO.Gov, Cross Talk,and the Center for Innovation Learning, and chapters in Business Process Management books.
