Prior to coming to the iCollege in January 2010, Steve served as a plans officer in Iraq. He has also served as the Career Manager for U.S. Army Strategists, a plans officer for Army transformation actions, the Chief of Architecture and Plans for the Joint Communications Support Element, a commnunications detachment commander supporting missions in Bosnia, and the commander of a strategic signal company in Korea
