In order to meet security requirements for entry onto Fort McNair, the following information must be provided to the NDU Public Affairs Officer not later than 24 hours prior to a visit:

1. Full name of all person(s) requesting permission to visit NDU.

2. Cars and Trucks:
               For cars: vehicle model and make, tag/license plate number, and name of driver.
               For buses: company, tag/license plate number, bus number, and name of driver.

3. All visitors must have proper identification. To be granted entry to Fort McNair, each person MUST show a VALID government-issued photo I.D. (such as passport, driver’s license, federal government ID). No exceptions.

              Note: government- issued press credentials are not acceptable.

4. If any special accommodations are required such as live-feed satellite trucks or auditoriums/conference rooms, please inform the public affairs officer prior to the expected visit.
