NDU's Historic Industrial College of the Armed Forces is Renamed

The National Defense University's Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) was formally renamed The Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy (Eisenhower School) during a ceremony on 6 September 2012, marking the 52nd anniversary of President's Eisenhower's dedication of the ICAF building at Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, DC, in 1960.
President Eisenhower is ICAF's most distinguished alumni.
Among the honored guests attending the ceremony were President Eisenhower's granddaugher Susan Eisenhower, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey.

Eisenhower, the exemplar soldier-scholar-statesman.Study him, learn from him, emulate him, and follow his example of compassionate warrior, creative thinker, and servant leader."
