John (Ivan) S. Jaworsky is Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, University of Waterloo, where he teaches courses on politics in the former Soviet Union and eastern Europe.
He is the of author several publications, including "The Military-Strategic Significance of Recent Developments in Ukraine" (Department of Defence, Canada), and is currently writing a book entitled, Public Policy and Ethnonational Minorities: The Case of Ukraine.
Dr. Jaworsky received an M.A. and a Ph.D. in political science from Carleton University, Ottawa.
