This workshop report is the result of contributions from many individuals. Most important were the contributions of those representatives of the NGO community, the military, and the U.S. Government who participated in the National Defense University, ACTIS workshop, Humanitarian and Peace Operations: The NGO/Interagency Interface in April 1996.
