The Conference Directorate conducts major outreach symposia each year on behalf of the National Defense University. These symposia focus attention on regional or functional national security issues, or address joint operational issues. The symposia program is open to the public. To register for an upcoming program, review the agenda or see other information pertaining to a coming event select "Register for Event" link at the left.
Papers, presentations, and summary proceedings from these symposia are made available online at the discretion of the authors, in keeping with the University’s non-attribution policy. These materials can be accessed by selecting the “Symposium Materials” link at the left. Opinions, conclusions, and recommendations expressed or implied by the authors' papers are solely those of the author and do not represent the views of the National Defense University, the Department of Defense, or any other government agency or nongovernment organization.
We also organize and support other major events hosted by the INSS Research Directorate and Center for Strategic Learning which focus on issues of interest to national security policy makers. Attendance at most of these events is limited. |
