Caroline G. Cooper is the Director of Congressional Affairs and Trade Policy for the Korea Economic Institute of America (KEI). She is responsible for coordinating Congressional outreach programs and undertaking research and analysis on trade policy and U.S.‑Korea bilateral trade relations. She has published various articles on trade policy in U.S. and Korean periodicals. Prior to joining KEI in December of 1998, she worked as a Staff Associate for the House International Relations Committee. She holds a BA with honors in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MSc in development management from the London School of Economics.
