BRENDAN HARRINGTON
Mr. Harrington is an Assistant Vice President in the Washington Government relations office of Cargill, Incorporated. He manages tax and trade issues for Cargill and is responsible for Washington international business development for Asia. He has been with Cargill since February 1984. Prior to working for Cargill, Mr. Harrington served as a legislative adviser to former U.S. Representatives Charles Vanik (D-Ohio) and Cecil Heftel (D-Hawaii), both members of the House Ways and Means Committee. Mr. Harrington is also a lawyer and worked for three years in private practice in Washington.
