Bonnie Klein—Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC)

Bonnie Klein is a Copyright Specialist in the Information Collection Division at the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), Ft. Belvior, VA.  Prior to joining DTIC in 1992, she worked for the U.S. Army Library Program overseas in South Korea and Germany.  Ms. Klein holds an MLS from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a M.S.Ed. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University, Bloomington. She is an active participant in the US Federal Library and Information Center Committee (FLICC http://www.loc.gov/flicc/) and chairs the CENDI Copyright Working Group (http://www.cendi.gov/proj_copyright_int_prop.html) which produces the "CENDI Frequently Asked Questions About Copyright:  Issues Affecting the U.S. Government."  http://www.cendi.gov/publications/04-8copyright.html
