Relevant Professional Experience:
Ms. Coopersmith has been the Project Manager of Educational Initiatives for the IRM College since 2005.  Prior to that, she spent two years at the college as a contractor, specializing in partnering relationships, process improvements, and human capital management.  Ms. Coopersmith spent three years at IBM and seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a management consultant.   Before consulting, she spent five years working for Westinghouse Electric Corporation as an industrial engineer and total quality analyst at several Westinghouse locations, including the DOE-owned Savannah River Site nuclear facility.  In addition to her engineering and consulting experience, Ms. Coopersmith has guest lectured on strategic planning and organizational development topics and has taught “Human Resource Management” as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA.
