Relevant Professional Experience:
Before joining the IRM College, Dr. Day was a Senior Program and Management Analyst with the CIO/Strategic Planning Directorate.  She also worked as a Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Program Analyst with the Computing Business Office at the DISA headquarters.  Before that, she was the Resource Manager of Regional Support Activity at Rock Island.

Scholarship:
Dr. Day’s primary research in recent years has focused on family supportive programs and their role in job satisfaction.  At the 2005 International Academy of Business Administration Conference in the Czech Republic, she presented on “The European Union (EU) Privacy Law and How It Impacts U. S. International E-Commerce.” Her paper "Holistic Management - When the Rules Don't Work" was selected for presentation at the 8th National Quality Conference and was published by the Federal Quality Institute.
