Prior to joining the IRM College, Dr. Miller served as Chief, Plans & Policy, Office of Intelligence Support, U.S. Treasury Department; Deputy Director, U.S. Critical Infrastructure Assurance Office; Staff Director, IRS Modernization Management Board, U.S. Treasury Department; Director of Consulting Services, Office Sciences International; Director of Office Information Systems, Departmental Offices, U.S. Treasury Department; Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for Management, U.S. Treasury Department; Legal Counsel and Legislative Assistant, Office of Senator John A. Durkin; and as a Congressional Fellow.
Scholarship:
Dr. Miller’s recent presentations include: “Hurricane Katrina and the Communications Infrastructure” (article forthcoming); “Knowledge Management for Practitioners”; and several presentations on continuity of government and critical infrastructure issues.
