Steve Mancini, Capt USAF
Captain Mancini worked for Headquarters Air Force (HAF) A9 Studies, performing key analyses to directly support the Chief of Staff for the Air Force (CSAF) and the Vice Chief of Staff for the Air Force on a variety of issues including Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Force Structure, and Capability Review and Risk Assessment (CRRA). Mr. Mancini also served as the deputy flight commander of 93rd CSS/SCX, and was responsible for providing key software support for all JSTARS aircraft. Captain Mancini received his Bachelor of Science degree from Chapman University, and attended a full time in-residence masters program from 2002 thru 2004, completing an NSA sponsored thesis on automating security protocol analysis at the Air Force Institute of Technology.
