Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Certificate
Participants accepted into the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Certificate Program have up to four years from the date of acceptance to complete the program. This Certificate requires completion of the following eight courses.


  • Information Assurance and Critical Infrastructure Protection (AII)
  • Global Enterprise Networking and Telecommunications (GEN)
  • Managing Information Security in a Networked Environment (SEC)
  • Developing Enterprise Security Strategies, Guidelines, and Policy (ESS)
  • Approval to Operate: Information System Certification and Accreditation (ATO)
  • Cyberlaw (CBL)
  • Continuity of Operations (COO)
  • One of the following:
  • Protection of Critical Infrastructure and Key Assets (CIP)
  • Homeland Security Information Management (HLS)
  • Managing Security of Control Systems (SCS)
  • Homeland Security Tools and Technologies (HST)
  • National Security in the Information Age (IOS)
  • Strategic Management of Software Assurance (SAA)
  • Privacy Rights and Challenges in the Information Age (SPA)
