Relevant Professional Experience:
Prior to joining the IRM College, LTC Ricks was Chief of the Joint and Coalition Network Division, Coalition Forces Land Component Command.  He was also a professor of Military Science at Southern University and A&M College from 2001-2004 and a Battalion Operations Officer, 1st Calvary Division, from 1999-2000.

Scholarship:
LTC Ricks is currently conducting workforce development Net-centricity workshops for the Defense Information Systems Agency.  During the 2006 Net-Centric Operation (NCO) Forum, he led a discussion on DOTMLPF imperatives for Net-Centric Operation.
