Shaffer Ramsey—Tech Guard Security

Mr. Ramsey has been requested to brief both houses of Congress on cyber threat awareness and 3D/Virtual World.  He has patent pending on three security inventions for the virtual world.  He has worked as head of Intrusion Detection and Cyber Forensics at a Global and Fortune 500.  He has also held key cyber forensic positions within the DoD, and has worked on behalf and briefed the Supreme Court, Congress, DoD, DOE, DHS, NOAA, NASA, CDC, DIA, DISA, and the FBI.
