Relevant Professional Experience:
Before joining the IRM College, Dr. Wiley taught strategic leadership and information strategies in the Strategic Leadership Department, Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF). Prior to joining the faculty at the National Defense University, Dr. Wiley served in the Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate at 1st MARDIV, 3rdMAW, MCB, CamPen, MCB, Quantico, and Headquarters Marine Corps. She was also a DoN Acquisition Professional (ACAT 1D) and 15-year member of the Board for Correction of Naval Records.
