1. Clearances must be posted and up to date in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). It is the responsibility of the participant to have their security clearance passed. There are two acceptable methods to accomplish this:
a. For DoD: Send a visit request via JPAS to SMO W37WAA6. POC must state Roy Austin 202-685-4250; purpose: Training
b. For non-DoD: A fax on command letterhead is acceptable. The visit must include subject clearance level, investigation date, adjudication date, along with date and place of birth.
2. All security clearances must be current: Secret within the last 10 years, Top Secret within the last 5 years.
