COL Paul Legere joined the NWC faculty in October 2009 upon his return from OIF where he was the
Chief of Staff of the Gulf Region Division (GRD), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, a Joint military, DOD civilian and contractor organization responsible for the execution of a $4.6B construction program in support of the DOS, MNFI and the Government of Iraq. COL Legere has served in a variety command and staff positions in locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS to include tours in the Germany, Korea, and Iraq. Colonel Legere was commissioned an engineer officer in 1983 through the ROTC program. He earned a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire; a MS degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California; and MA degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. COL Legere is also a graduate of the USMC Command and Staff College.
