Dr. Lewis M. Stern was a Visiting Research Fellow in the Institute for National Strategic Studies (INSS) at the National Defense University from September 2008 until his retirement from the Federal Government in October 2010. He was an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow in the Center for Strategic Research at INSS from October 2010 to October 2011.
