Day of Workshops (May 16)
This is a day chock full of innovative, informative, and interactive workshops. The hardest part about participating in this event is deciding which workshop to attend!
Two-Day Conference (May 17-18)
The two-day conference is the main event. World renowned keynote speakers will share their forecasts on the evolution of the world of work and learning as impacted by virtual worlds and other immersive technologies. Other thought leaders will share their experiences and ideas through interactive panel discussions. We’ve designed the schedule to provide participants the opportunity to attend every event. You don’t want to miss it!
Virtual Workshops and Conference (May 16-18)
A primary goal of this conference is to make it accessible to as many people as possible and to do so using the technologies that can support that goal. Conference participants who register for the Virtual Workshops and Conference will have the opportunity to experience most events through the virtual world of their choice, selected from the list of conference hosts.
