WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The National Defense University (NDU) Foundation Board of Directors has named Dr. William J. Parker III as the Foundation President and Chief Executive Officer, effective 10 October 2018.
"Dr. Parker's demonstrated professional leadership in the areas critical to the NDU Foundation's success, together with his distinguished military record and outstanding academic and policy credentials, make him the perfect choice to lead this important organization”, said retired Brigadier General Jack A.
